You can keep your thin-smash-burger-patties – this is a juicy olive-fed British Wagyu patty, served up with teriyaki onion jam, kewpie mayo and pickled red chilli.
It’s great to share between two. If you’re looking to order a bunch of small plates, we recommend pairing it with Yuzu Salt Padron Peppers, Crispy Fried Squid, the Iberico Pork Pluma with black pepper miso, a sizzling Veg Hot Stone rice and our Yellowtail Tostada for a fresh Cholula kick.
